Epoxy floor pavement design basic process consists of five steps.
(1) primary treatment; polished off loose layer, delamination and cementresidue, so that the adhesion of hard formation and increased with the ground floor coating;
(2) the bottom coating construction; primer with good roll coating, scratch or brush, make sufficient wetting and infiltration into the concrete liningconcrete;
(3) coating construction: coating materials and the amount of quartz sandfully mixing, with trowel trowel coating with a certain thickness of the smooth and dense layer;
(4) surface is coated with a batch fill: using surface coating materials withfine quartz powder coating, the gap between larger particles coated with fill,fully cured with dust-free grinding machine grinding, use vacuum cleanersucked dust;
(5) surface coating: epoxy color paint and curing agent are mixed evenly,can coating, brush, roller or spray painted, the leveling to obtain smooth uniform surface.
